Don't text and drive!

📱🚗 LOOK UP - IT CAN WAIT 🚗📱

A quick glance at your phone might seem harmless, but at 30mph a vehicle travels around 13 metres every second. That means if you look at your phone for just 2 seconds, you've travelled the length of several cars without fully watching the road.

Whether you're checking a message, changing music, using social media, or taking a call, using a mobile phone while driving significantly increases your risk of being involved in a collision. The consequences can be devastating, not only for you, but for your passengers, other road users, and their families.

📵 Put your phone on silent.
📵 Store it out of reach.
📵 Set it to 'Do Not Disturb' mode before starting your journey.
📵 If a call or message is important, find a safe and legal place to stop first.

Remember, no text, call, photo, or notification is worth a life.

✅ Arrive safely.
